Day 2 Healthy to Healthier lifestyle

Today feels like the most challenging day.

 All I want is a nice steak and mashed potatoes. Lol.  Day 2 is the hardest and the most challenging to me, I feel like if i can get through day two I got it. This morning breakfast was a smoothie my husband made for me along with a ginger shot. Check out the Recipe below for this WAR smoothie. It was so good and just what we needed.

Coconut water or you can use Almond milk of your choice

Fresh Green Apples

 Frozen Blue Berries

Frozen or regular strawberries

Fresh Kiwi

 Fresh Kale

Fresh  Bananas
