Day 5 Healthy to Healthier Lifestyle

Day 5: My lunch for day 5. My family and I are really getting into the hang of this way of eating all time I am discovering so many healthy dishes and really loving how I physically feel eating right and working out. 

 Recipe for this dish  was cut up red potatoes, carrots, snow peas, cut onions, and cut up green peppers highly seasoned with grapes on the side.
