Go Strong Workout Flow

So I worked out twice this week already, my goal is to hit the gym least 3-4 times a week. I feel like I am doing good, but I know my body and I know I could be doing so much better. It's a process.  I am working my way up each time I make a decision to eat right and workout. Here are the two times this week I did decide to do the stair master which is major cardio, after I usually run 2 miles on the treadmill, weights and squats. I feel Great.  I still have another day or two to go and get in. Go hard and strong.
