Back on Track
Getting Back on track.
After eating any and everything I wanted on vacation. Now it’s time to jump back into reality. I am starting today which is on a Friday instead of a Monday, because I ate good and it felt good, but my body misses the healthier things. Lol. so this was my morning breakfast. I have had plenty of water today and nuts for snack and strawberries and I am already feeling great. Time to get back on track.
